Hi, I’m Katie Rose. I’m a coach, a mom, a wife, and someone who cares deeply about helping people understand themselves and each other a little better.

I live in Oklahoma now, but I’m originally from Texas and have also called Missouri home. I’m married to my very best friend and love getting to do life together with our two girls. I have an 11-year-old daughter, a 16-year-old stepdaughter, and I can't leave out our two crazy Doodle daughters. Another fun fact and one that is typically unexpected—my daughter’s stepmom has become one of my closest friends. Life is layered, and so are relationships. I’ve learned to hold space for all of it.

Before coaching, I spent 20 years in corporate sales with 15 of them in leadership. I’ve seen what healthy culture looks like, and I’ve also seen what happens when it’s missing. That experience impacted me in multiple ways, but it was discovering the Enneagram that helped me make sense of it all. It gave me words for things I’d felt but couldn’t name, and it helped me grow in ways I didn’t expect.

That’s why I am so excited to do this work. Not because I have all the answers, but because I believe in asking better, deeper questions. I believe in the power of self-awareness to shift how we lead, how we relate, how we parent, and how we show up—for ourselves and for others.
